We’re thrilled to announce that starting this year, Election Day will be an annual holiday: Democracy Day. Evident by our name, this company was founded on the power of civic engagement. This day and supporting initiatives will aim to ensure every employee exercises and celebrates the right to vote.

Moreover, we’re calling upon those willing and able to use this day to volunteer as poll workers. As Coronavirus continues to impact our country, we’re facing a record shortage of volunteers. Of the more than 1M+ poll workers in the last election, most were 60+ and are opting out this year. This will lead to closed polling places, long lines and unnecessary delays. Volunteering as a poll worker means helping ensure a safe, fair, and efficient 2020 election for all voters.
