As March comes to a close, we want to encourage all staff to continue to celebrate Women’s History Month throughout the year! Steered by the DEI Council and Collective, our Women’s Employee Resource Group, we have curated opportunities to watch, listen, learn, and to continue to participate as a community. The Civic Women’s ERG aims to amplify female voices, create safe spaces to connect, and build an inclusive and intersectional community here at Civic. The chief aim is to spark personal and professional development while fostering a sense of belonging amongst Civic employees who identify in any capacity as women or allies.

- Is the restaurant you are about to order from female owned? When searching for restaurants to order takeout from or dine in at, a quick Google search or sort filter can help you vote with your wallet to support women in the workforce.
