Aura:

Digital Parenthood Case Study

Aura’s Digital Parenthood Case Study.

In June 2024, Aura convened the inaugural Digital Parenthood Summit, a one day event that brought together the top thought leaders in the fields of youth mental health, technology, education and parenting to discuss the challenges of raising a connected generation. Featured speakers included Dr. Becky Kennedy, Dr. Alfiee Breland-Noble, Dr. Lisa Damour and Chrissy Teigen in conversation with Jeffrey Katzenberg. The Summit heralded the launch of DigitalParenthood.com, Aura’s free resource for parents around the topics of teen mental health, social media and screen time. Digital Parenthood was built in conjunction with a coalition of nearly 20 partners including Common Sense Media, the American Academy of Pediatrics Center of Excellence on Social Media & Youth Mental Health and the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence.

To help amplify the conversation around this important subject, Aura worked with NBC News to sponsor Digital Parenting: Raising the AI Generation, a Parent Town Hall that streamed on NBC News NOW,.
