In 2024, Henry Ford Health hosted its exclusive annual gala at Michigan Central Station with a goal of raising $2 million to support its larger “Rising Above, Reaching Beyond” campaign and the building of the new Destination Grand medical campus in Detroit, MI. 

Civic partnered with Henry Ford Health to craft an immersive event experience, featuring a VIP cocktail reception, medical technology demos, a mainstage program, seated dinner featuring a live auction and a raffled off Ford F-150, and concluded with a post-dinner reception featuring music by the Brian Alexander Band. The programming was scripted and designed in partnership with Civic Studios to be the emotional driver of the event and included a Hero Video, highlighting the story of a patient of the hospital and the importance and real-world impact of Henry Ford Health’s mission.
